Thursday 24th

The sun is out this morning but it is very windy, the boy's are entertaining them selves around the pool whilst us adults are taking it easy. The boys joined in on a game of water volleyball and had great fun.

Max and his friends had a game of beach volleyball, what a sight.

Dad and Pop went for a massage in the afternoon, wow what a work out they did on us. Tonight there is a Lovo (hungy) and fire walking  so the boys should enjoy something different.

The fire walking ceremony was held across the road from the Hideaway, first up was the purchase of a blow your mind Fijian cocktail in a coconut, Gra just had to get one, it didn't tast the best.

The fire ceremony was explained to everyone, firstly they cleared the fire away to expose the rocks, then they levelled the rocks out to give a fairly even rock bed to walk on.
They all took turns to walk on the hot rocks a number of times.

When the fire walking ceremony was over they conducted a traditional Karva ceremony, Gra, Cindy, Luke, Tom and even Max had a go.
